Course Overview
This is an entry-level qualification that provides the competencies required by swimming pool and spa technicians to routinely maintain swimming pools and spas in domestic, commercial, and public settings.
The qualification is suitable for an Australian Apprenticeship pathway.

- Swimming pool and spa maintenance technician.

Course Information
Delivery is provided through a blended / flexible approach, this includes self-paced learning and assessment tasks, online seminars, online support sessions, and onsite observation and support.

On Enrolment
You will have up to 24 months to complete the qualification.
Final payment of $2,400 due 1 month after enrolment.

- Be 16 years and above
- Be sufficiently proficient in English to be able to work successfully in a highly regulated environment.
- Be physically able to complete a first aid certificate.
- A non-refundable deposit of $1500 is required at enrolment Full payment required before course commencement.
All resources required to complete the course face to face
- Laptop or tablet to use during training (including on delivery days)
- Pens, pencils, ruler, notepad.
- Students purchase their own copies of any standards or legislation.
- 18 units of competency:
- 12 core units
- 6 elective units.
- all six elective units may be chosen from the elective units listed below
- up to three elective units may be chosen from other Certificate II or Certificate IV qualifications in the CPP Property Services Training Package, or another current Training Package or accredited course provided they do not duplicate the outcome of another unit already chosen for the qualification.
