Payment of Course Fees

In the case of an individual student paying for the course themselves, $1,500 is payable immediately upon enrolment.

The balance is payable one month after the 1st payment of $1,500 has been paid.

When a business is paying the course fee on behalf of the student the entire amount is due within 7 days of the invoice being issued to the business.

GST is not payable on VET-accredited courses.

Refund of Course Fees

Clients are advised to choose a course carefully. Resolute cannot refund a course fee unless Resolute cancels the course.

Resolute regrets that it cannot accept responsibility for changes in clients’ personal circumstances or work commitments.

In any case, refunds may only be given if written notice is provided at least 10 working days before the commencement of the first training session.

An administration fee of $100 plus GST will apply if the refund request is approved.

Fees for Recognition of Prior Learning applications are not refundable.
