You will be required to travel to conduct training sessions throughout Australia.

Trainer and Assessor Cert 4 Renewables

Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Trainers and Assessors to deliver nationally recognised training in areas such as Grid-Connected Solar PV Systems, Stand-Alone Power Systems, and Battery Storage Installation. You will work closely with students to ensure they gain both theoretical knowledge and direct practical experience aligned with current industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and assess accredited courses under the Certificate IV in Electrical-Renewable Energy (UEE43322) and other relevant units of competency
  • Develop and maintain high-quality training and assessment materials in compliance with ASQA and Smart and Skilled requirements
  • Provide engaging, inclusive and practical training to learners from diverse backgrounds
  • Conduct workplace visits and support trainees and apprentices with on-the-job learning
  • Ensure compliance with all RTO standards and relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies and safety practices
  • Participate in validation and moderation activities with fellow trainers and assessors

Essential Criteria

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
  • Qualified electrician
  • Vocational qualifications in Renewable Energy / Electrotechnology (minimum solar PV and battery storage)
  • Current industry experience in renewable energy systems, including solar PV and battery storage
  • Understanding of competency-based training and assessment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to motivate and support learners at all skill levels

Desirable

  • SAA (Solar Accreditation Australia) or equivalent accreditation
  • Experience delivering training under Smart and Skilled or other funded programs
  • First Aid Certificate and White Card (Construction Induction)

Trainer and Assessor Cert 3 Pools

The Role

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced VET Trainers and Assessors to deliver CPP31218 Certificate III in Swimming Pool and Spa Service. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the next generation of skilled pool and spa technicians while working with a supportive and professional training team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training and assess students in CPP31218 – Cert III in Swimming Pool and Spa Service
  • Develop and maintain training and assessment materials aligned with industry standards and ASQA compliance
  • Support students through face-to-face, online and workplace-based learning
  • Participate in validation and continuous improvement processes
  • Maintain accurate records of training and assessment
  • Consult with industry to ensure training remains current and relevant.

Essential Criteria

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
  • Relevant industry qualification (e.g., Certificate III in Pool and Spa Service or higher)
  • Minimum of 3 years current industry experience in pool and spa service
  • Up-to-date industry knowledge, including chemical handling, water testing, filtration systems and equipment maintenance
  • Effective communication and people skills
  • Ability to engage a diverse range of learners.

Desirable

  • Experience delivering CPP31218 or similar qualifications
  • Experience with LMS platforms and blended delivery methods
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Driver’s licence and access to own vehicle (for workplace visits).
